Cooking, eating and sharing

2010 has been here for over two weeks, and I had my _th birthday a few days ago. After an eventful and difficult 2009, I am ready to turn a page.

I have been daydreaming about what I would like to do for the next five to 20 years of my life. I found that the most exciting ideas occured to me have to do with food. While I have to wait and work through various types of uncertainty, I will begin using this blog as a place to document and share with you some of my culinary activities, including, but not limited to, simple and good recipes for home-cooked meals, how to transform them into kid-friendly meals, how to prepare a delicious dinner (4 servings) using organic and natural ingredients for under $10.

I am excited to begin this project. As is my husband, who is an excellent eater.
